From Denver to Weld County Home Inspection Services
Veteran owned and operated home inspection company serving Colorado’s Front Range.
During a buyer’s inspection, we work with the client and realtor to give them the current condition of the house through a detailed report and post-inspection walk through. For those buying out-of-state and sight unseen, we can make other arrangements to go over your report. Most home warranties are 12-month contracts, so it’s also recommended to get an inspection at approximately 11 months into these warranties.
If you are listing your home on the market and would like to have its condition assessed beforehand, Hawkeye Home Inspection Services is here to help.
Move In and Out inspections, for landlords or tenants, by an unbiased third party can reduce the chances of major disputes over deposit money. This can range from a whole home inspection to just focusing on the cosmetics of the interior and exterior.
Radon Testing and Mitigation
Radon is colorless, odorless, and extremely carcinogenic. It is common for homes in Colorado and the only way to check for elevated levels of radon in your home is with testing.
Are sinks and tubs emptying too slowly? We use a special camera to scope the main sewer line to visualize any blockages that are interfering with the plumbing system’s proper drainage. Finding and addressing such problems now can head off catastrophic and expensive repairs later.
Roof Inspections wtih Drone Photography
Roof Inspections are pretty straightforward, except when they are not. Hazards and the inability to access using a ladder may prevent other inspectors from being able to inspect the property roof. Hiring an inspector who cannot inspect the roof could cost you thousands! We are a FAA licensed pilot and use drones to give a bird-eye-view of not only the roof and potential defects but it can help us stay safe.
My goal is simple – To make my clients happy by providing them with the best possible solutions when buying or selling property. I pride myself on being able to exceed expectations while making sure every transaction runs smoothly from start to finish.
Everyone involved, especially the buyers and sellers need to understand and know the condition of the property. Throughout my experiences, I have found it is imperative to communicate and work directly with the client to ensure they understand what is actually inspected and what is not.
My job is to make sure the client understands all aspects of the inspection process, and I do not stop there. Should you have any questions or concerns after the report you are encouraged to give me a call and I will provide you with an explanation of the report and options to assist you in making a confident decision about your property.
I am a Certified Professional Inspector through InterNACHI. I am also certified to preform radon tests and sewer scopes. As a fifth generation Coloradan, my family and I have seen a lot with the Colorado real estate market. My time as the Site Manager of FOB Tillman, in Afghanistan, gave me a great deal of experience with inspections and managing a diverse group of tradesmen. Whether you are a first-time homebuyer or a professional investor, I will put my experience to work for you.
