During a buyer’s inspection, we work with the client and realtor to give them the current condition of the house through a detailed report and post-inspection walk through. For those buying out-of-state and sight unseen, we can make other arrangements to go over your report. Most home warranties are 12-month contracts, so it’s also recommended to get an inspection at approximately 11 months into these warranties.
